Community-building, leadership development, and cultural transformation systems-design for conscious non-profits, companies, and schools (sports teams, fraternities, classes, DEI committees, administration, faculty, whole school).

Andrew is the Restorative Practices Specialist for the Cumberland County Public Health Department in Portland, Maine. He works with local schools to integrate the principles of restorative justice via youth-led community-building initiatives, faculty/staff professional development, and systems design.

Andrew also works as an independent restorative consultant/facilitator with schools outside Cumberland County.

In 2023, Andrew received formal permission from his mentor, Darryl Slim, to work and serve as a community circle-keeper/ceremonialist, and then received ordination as an interfaith minister from the Chaplaincy Institute of Maine.
