• 1:1 Coaching

Andrew works with individuals to support them on their uniquely human-spiritual path. As an interfaith minister and ceremonialist, Andrew uses a secular, listening-based approach to engage with the challenges and questions that his clients bring to the work.

  • Group Work

Andrew facilitates restorative practice workshops at schools and non-profit organizations. His group work supports a community to understand and integrate the humanity of its individuals; cultivate cultures of authenticity and inclusion; repair and transform harm; and inspire deeper connection.

  • Restorative Practice

Andrew is the Restorative Practice Systems Specialist for the Cumberland County Public Health Department in Portland, Maine. He works with schools to co-create bespoke restorative practice systems that suit the unique needs of each learning community.

Andrew also works as a restorative consultant and facilitator with several private clients, including Maine Inside Out and the Maine Coast Waldorf School.

  • Ministry

In 2023, Andrew received the ceremonial blessing of his mentor, Darryl Slim, to serve as a minister and ceremonialist, and shortly thereafter received ordination as an interfaith minister from the Chaplaincy Institute of Maine. He offers ritual ministry for everything from marriages to conflict transformation processes, baby blessings to memorial services. Andrew brings a secular, humanistic perspective and skillset to co-create simple, creative, and relatable ways to sanctify both personal and community events with ceremony.
